I hide behind the veil,of powder and pencil, I live behind the will, of hunger and grief Only to become, underneath it all, a shade lighter, yet, a shade darker I am unleashed, into the night, in search of life, amongst the darkness But stumble upon, something even more, terrifying than what, I'm trying to find I only need to look, within myself, for the horror, that is mine And stumble, to a mirror and, see the reflection, of evil itself You see, the Devil, doesn't exist, as we have been taught to know it. He is in me, and in you. For every rage, every sin, every scream, every dim, lit night that falls upon us, He is in me, and in you. Doesn't that suck?
